What is this event

A team-vs-team battle for points. All registered players are split into two teams, Team Hemp and Team Sativa, and dropped into the Carnival arena together. Defeat the guardian monsters, grab the Carnival Points they drop, and out-score the other team before time runs out!

When can you play it

Monster Carnival is part of the event rotation. Every 2 hours one event is picked at random, and when it's Monster Carnival's turn registration opens for 3 minutes. Each round lasts 5 minutes. This will be announced in the game chat and in the Discord channel #events.

How do you play it

Talk to the Event NPC in Free Market, or use @joinevent, within the registration window. You'll wait in the Carnival lobby until registration closes, then everyone is split into the two teams and warped into the arena.

• Kill the guardian monsters to make them drop Carnival Point items, worth 1, 2 or 3 points each.
• Whoever picks up a Carnival Point item banks those points for their own team, so be quick and loot everything you can!
• The team with the most points when the 5-minute timer hits zero wins.

Note: a round needs at least 2 players to start. If fewer players register, the round is cancelled.

What are the rewards

Every member of the winning team receives 3 Event Points (6 on Fridays). When the round ends, everyone is sent back to the Free Market. Spend your Event Points at @epshop.
